  14.            Not for epilepsy suferers, as some palette+pattern
  15.                combinations make the whole screen strobe.

  19.           This program has now been updated with NTSC & DSS8 sampler
  20.            support. There is a built in menu (press M) for choosing
  21.                        the type of sampler you have.

  26. I didn't know what to really call my amazing program,
  27. until I saw Paul Copsey (disa news reader) writing about
  28. web screen modes, and the words "colour junkie" were in there.
  29. (Which was better than circ.amos)

  31. I've given you a '3 Minute Demo' of my amazing program.

  33. The 'full' version will run continously without stopping,
  34. and has 3 times the amount of patterns and palettes.

  36. Load Workbench first before running the program.

  38. You need a standard 8 bit Sound Sampler plugged into your parallel port
  39. with the sound going into the `Left' side.
  40. And hopefully the spinning graphics will react to whatever music you feed
  41. into it.

  43. Personally I like sticking the Chemical Brothers, Carl Cox or Reactivate 10,
  44. into my internal CD ROM and outputting the picture to my 20 inch TV.
  45. It also works with ambient music like Orbital, The Orb, Biosphere etc.

  51. The controlling buttons/keys are:

  53. Left Mouse   - change routine
  54. Right Mouse  - change palette
  55. 'Q' or 'Esc' - Quit
  56. '+'          - faster (use the += key)
  57. '-'          - slower (use the _- key)
  58. 'N'          - switch between PAL & NTSC (It's autosensing, so if the
  59.                circles look squashed or stretched, press it.)
  60. 'M'          - Built in sampler tester/selector.
  61. 'Space'      - When in the 'Waveform Test' mode, this switches the
  62.                display between lines, solid and dots.

  64. The original program was programmed with the TechnoSound Turbo sampler
  65. hardware, with the sound going into the 'Left' port.
  66. I'd imagine that other samplers* should work, please let me know how
  67. successful you are with your sampler.
